Progress from the Plague

After I wrote that last post, OMG my sickness came back and kicked me in the arse with a VENGEANCE.  I finally went to Urgent Care on Thursday (since I am a doofus and don't have a primary care doctor - I know, I know) and got some antibiotics, so I think I'm finally on the mend.  Good lord, at least I hope so.

Especially because tonight I am going out with my girlfriends for a night of BBQ, Edward Cullen, and cupcakes.  Ooh la la!  Hopefully I won't hack up a lung while I'm out.  Could be touch and go.

Have made very little progress on my list of 36 things so far, although I did buy a cute winter hat today.

And I get a night out with my girlfriends and a movie in the movie theater tonight, so score.  I'm on my way!  Even tuberculosis can't hold me back from my Edward.  Although, isn't that what he was dying from originally before he got vamped?  Ah, the irony.

Love the hat!

I, too, found myself at urgent care last Monday. The hubs was headed out of town, and my doctor couldn't get me in before he left.

Sounds like we had the same Plague. Icks!

If you're in the market for some really great cough drops that will ensure that you'll hear every syllable that drips from Edward's lips, Chloraseptic cough drops rock! They've worked wonders for me.

Have a fab evening out!

Love the hat! Had the plague two weeks ago. It kicked my butt also. It has been a long time since I was that sick. Let me know what you think of Breaking Dawn. I went and saw it Thursday night. I gotta say I love me some Edward Cullen. It was fun where I live they had a Twilight marathon. What cracked me up most of the folks in there watching it was woman my age or older. It was fun.

The hat is awesome. I think I need a cute hat, but I always wear my hair up (because I'm too lazy to actually do it), and I haven't found a hat that works with a giant mess of hair on the back of my head.

Glad you're feeling better. I have a primary, but I hate him. I'd probably be better off @ Urgent Care.
