Lovely Fall Foliage. Literally.

Sometimes, when you're exhausted after a long day, all you can do is post some pictures of fall foliage and call it a day.

Plus it's always fun to get to say "fall foliage".   Except when you are yelling "No, we are not going to watch another Dora on the DVD player!  For God's sake, look out the window and enjoy the fall foliage!"  Then you feel like you are an old crochety person.  But other than that, saying fall foliage is great.

Trees don't turn in Texas. Green to bare, back to green. It's bizarre.

Your photos make me feel better though, crotchety though I may be. Watching a kid cross the grocery parking lot engrossed in a handheld game and ignoring his family brought out the crotchety in me ... so I ate some chocolate.

I can't really say (or type) foliage without screwing it up. Took a google spell check for that. Anyway, last weekend, the boys helped us rake leaves and it was actually - wait for it - fun! GAH!

Love the fall.

and the foliage (copy and paste there).
